To submit a solution to the VCE Solutions Exchange, you will need to complete a Solution Application Form.

Before you begin, here is a handy checklist of all the materials that you will need to complete the process:

  • A brief organizational profile for your Contributor detail page (required)
  • A 80 x 80 px logo or representative image for your Contributor detail page (required)
  • Phone number and email address for your Contributor detail page (required)
  • A title and short description of your Solution (required)
  • A 80 x 80 px logo or representative image for your Solution (required)
  • A detailed overview of your Solution (required)
  • Specifications and/or prerequisites for your Solution (required)
  • Technical documentation to compliment your Solution - in .pdf format (optional)
  • Solution technical support information (required)
  • A YouTube URL for a demo of your Solution (optional)
  • A link to where your Solution can be downloaded (required)
  • A URL link to your Solution download (required if you prefer to direct users to your site)
  • A contact phone number and/or email address for your Solution (required if you prefer users to contact you for access)

Once you complete and submit the form, VCE will review your submission and either notify you of approval, or contact you to clarify any of your information.
