VCE does collect personal information through www.vce.com, support.vce.com and partner.vce.com. VCE collects information about individuals such as their name, address, telephone number or email address, and contact preferences.
VCE also collects personal information of third parties such as name, email, address and telephone. Portal Managers can create new user accounts account by entering the above personal information. How does VCE use Personal Information?
VCE will use personal information to provide customers and business partners and potential customers and business partners with information and services and to help us better understand your needs and interests. Specifically, we use your information to welcome you and to provide ongoing service and support.
In accordance with applicable law, personal information collected may be transferred, stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which VCE, VCE subsidiaries and affiliates, including its parent companies, or service providers maintain facilities, even if the level of data privacy required is less than that required by the European Union or under Safe Harbor. With whom does VCE Share Personal Information?
VCE contracts with its parent organizations and with third party service providers and suppliers (including distributors and resellers) to deliver certain products, services and customer solutions and support.
