HOW TO BECOME A VCE TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCE PARTNER

There is no cost to join the VCE Technology Alliance Program.  We encourage all technology companies to become members of the VMware Technology Alliance Partner Program (TAP), and to achieve VMware Ready status through the appropriate VMware Ready Program before joining the VCE Technology Alliance Program. All VCE Technology Alliance Program partners will require Vblock Certification or meet specific VMware Ready requirements. VMware Technology Alliance Partner members that have achieved VMware Ready status in the following VMware Ready Programs can join our VCE Technology Alliance Program without Vblock Certification requirements and will have access to our Vblock Ready logo upon execution of the VCE Technology Alliance Partnership agreement:

  • VMware Ready Application Software Vendors
  • VMware Ready Virtual Appliance Vendors

All other technology companies must agree to be Vblock Certified within 12 months of signing our VCE Technology Alliance agreement. These VCE Technology Alliance Program partners will have access to the Vblock Ready logo upon successful completion of Vblock certification testing.

VMWARE READY PROGRAM

VMware Ready designates VMware’s highest level of endorsement for products and solutions created by their established VMware partners. VMware Technology Alliance Partner members can develop their products and solutions to meet VMware standards and submit them for testing and review. Products and solutions that meet VMware Ready requirements will display the VMware Ready logo.

VMWARE SOLUTION EXCHANGE (VSX)

The VMware Solution Exchange (VSX) is a self-service, online virtualization and cloud infrastructure marketplace that enables customers to engage with VMware partners and developers, and discover, evaluate, and rate joint solutions. Partners and developers post rich online resources including demos, screen shots, videos, joint whitepapers, and evaluation software. All the solutions within the VSX complement and integrate or interoperate with VMware's portfolio of products.

You must be a VMware Technology Alliance Partner to post a solution listing on the VMware Solution Exchange. Register here to get started.

VCE VBLOCK CERTIFICATION TESTING FOR TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCE PARTNERS

All VCE Technology Alliance Program members must agree to be Vblock Certified within 12 months of signing our VCE Technology Alliance agreement unless they have already achieved VMware Ready status as an Application Software or Virtual Appliance vendor in the VMware Ready Program. VCE has partnered with Superna to provide Vblock Certifications for VCE Technology Alliance Program partners. Upon execution of the VCE Technology Alliance agreements, partners will be directed to contact Superna at VCEISVProgram@Superna.net for scheduling the Vblock Certification testing. Upon successful completion of the Vblock Certification testing by Superna, VCE technology Alliance partners will be granted access to use our Vblock Ready logo. For more information about Superna, visit: http://superna.net/vce-products-and-services.
