Usage of Visual Effects CD material - Royalty Free License Agreement

This nontransferable and non-exclusive license states that by purchasing a copy of any clip or CD Product you are licensed to use the images to promote your products, ideas or message with no additional fees.

You may use these images, make multimedia or video presentations from them or use them in printed pieces as long as you are not duplicating or selling the images as an entire product unto themselves.

Do not make a copy of this CD-ROM or transfer the images in their entirety to another medium for sale or distribution to any other party. You may not make a product that is sold with the primary value being the images contained on this CD-ROM.

You shall be exclusively responsible for the supervision, management and control of the use of the images. You must remember that everyone else who purchases this CD-ROM is entitled to the same rights to use this material and you may not in any way infringe or restrict the use of the material or enter into an agreement to use this material without informing your client that these images are non-exclusive in rights.

Existing artwork or scanned images that you may desire to incorporate into a new image along with our images may be protected under copyright law. The unauthorized incorporation of such artwork or images into your new work could be a violation of the rights of the author. Please be sure to obtain any permission required from such authors.

VCE,inc. and VCE,inc.'s LICENSOR(S) DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS NOT PERMITTED BY SOME JURISDICTIONS.
