Order Methods

Credit Card
Order online from our secure server.

In the U.S. you can call toll free at 1-800-242-9627.
If you are outside the U.S. you may order by phone by calling the
US + (818) 367-9187 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

If you are concerned about using your Visa or MasterCard
account online, you can fax your order to us.
Our fax number is 1-818-362-3490.

Fill out our online order form.
The final page contains your order, address, shipping options and total.
Print this page and fax it to us with:

1) Credit Card Number.
2) Name as it appears on the card.
3) Expiration date on card.

Check or Money Order
1) Fill out our online order form selecting check or money order as payment method.
2) Print last page which contains your order, address, shipping options and total.
3) Mail the order print out along with your check or money order to:

Checks take longer to process and will result in a delay.

Our Return Policy:

All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

Opened products may be returned for store credit only. Open software may not be returned.

Unopened products may be returned for store credit, or for a refund with management approval.

Defective products may be returned for exchange only.

Special order items may not be returned unless defective and then only for exchange.

All items returned must include all original packaging, documentation, disks and blank registration cards. There will be a $20 or 20%, whichever is greater, restocking/handling fee assessed on the return. Missing or altered materials will incur additional fees.

Refunds will be issued in like manner as original purchase within 10 working days.
VCE.COM is not responsible for hardware or software compatibility.

To make shopping easier for you, we recommend you contact our customer service representatives to confirm that we are able to ship your desired item(s) to you. If we determine - after you have placed your order - that we are unable to ship your item(s), we will notify you by e-mail and refund your payment.

International Duties and Taxes.

All taxes, duties, and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Once we have shipped the product, we will make no refunds and accept no returns. Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.
