CSC's Dynamic Server offers three flavors of cloud on Vblock™ Infrastructure Platforms
FALLS CHURCH, Va., May 13 -- CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today the launch of its CSC Dynamic Server product, which enables enterprise clients to acquire server, storage and network services on-demand. Clients will benefit from secure, robust, industrialized computing made available with unprecedented levels of provisioning flexibility, speed, precision and economy. This product is designed to be delivered in multiple ways: In client data centers as a private cloud platform; in CSC data centers as a private cloud platform; and in CSC data centers with multi-tenant capabilities to optimize cost.

Features of the platform include robust security, a Web browser interface that permits clients to select from multiple operating systems, choice of CPU and memory size, and integration with existing electronic procurement systems that leverage clients' purchasing policies and procedures. Complete with automated provisioning capabilities, Dynamic Server enables clients to select, order and receive infrastructure services in a matter of minutes.
